Interior Designers  Wholesale Discount Requirements

Credentials are required to receive the discount.
  • Photocopy of Current City and State Tax License
     
  • Business Card
     
  • Business Check
     
  • Signed Copy of "Intent To Resell" Form
Payment
Unless prior special circumstances exist, payment is expected at the time of pick-up or delivery. Checks, credit cards, or cash accepted for purchases. For approvals, checks only.

Custom Orders
Custom orders on trees, plants or florals normally take 1 - 4 weeks, depending on amount of order and time of year. A deposit may be required for custom orders. There are NO refunds on product and NO exchanges on custom orders. Adjustments can likely be made, but may result in additional charges.

Approvals
Designers are welcome to take items out on approval for 2-7 calender days, assuming you can easily load them into your vehicle without damage to the product. We require a wholesale check at the time you leave with the merchandise, and your check will be processed at the end of the 7th day. You will be charged for product that is damaged when it is returned. Credit Cards may NOT be used for Approvals.

Returns
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any non-custom items returned within 7 days of purchase. Return items can be applied for credit only and must be in the same condition as when they left the showroom. Absolutely no returns after 7 days of purchase.

Sending Clients Into the Showroom
Your are welcome to send your clients into our showroom, once we have received your credentials. If you do not accompany them, please call ahead to let us know and to discuss our "unaccompanied client" policy.
